Revitalisation of La Adrada’s heritage with the use of technology

In the last months of 2020 and throughout 2021, La Adrada Town Council developed different initiatives focused on promoting the digital transformation of its tourism model, with the aim of enhancing the value of its resources in a better way, favouring tourism governance and strengthening communication with both residents and visitors.
Initiatives developed:
• Development of a new website with information on the destination’s different resources, and the possibility of purchasing tickets to visit La Adrada Castle, one of the destination’s most emblematic resources.
• Launch of the Green Line App, through which you can view information on tourist services and facilities, resolve queries and incidents or clarify any other aspect that may be of interest to both residents and visitors.
• Installation of an interactive tourist information point available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the centre of the municipality.
• Constitution of the La Adrada Municipal Council of Historical, Environmental and Tourist Heritage as the main body for participation and collaboration between the local entity and citizens.
